people with a line of cars just beyond them. There's another line of cars in the
background; they seem to be be going around a block. We can see the back of a large,
angled billboard at the end of the street. But what is the large building
with the "tower"? The video shows it to be closer than it looks in this
still. There are several large houses to the left of the building, not shown here, and the
