| Fred Christiansen, standing on the Channel Avenue side 71 Aster Court. The picture is dated June 1963. The house was a single story with a white picket fence around it. The color of the house was a mint green with a dark green trim. Jim Poulos's grandparents passed away (Fred - 1968, Ruth - 1974), leaving the house to his mother, Eleanor Poulos.
