| In 1968?,
firemen battled one of several fires that finally necessitated the demolition of the
Bohack Supermarket building on Gerritsen Avenue, between Bartlett Place and Gotham Avenue.
The lettering on the back of one fireman’s coat reads: "Dunne GBFD":
