No you didn't strike a nerve but you made me remember your Dad, Max and Mom, Elsie who lived next to us and then the Beattys moved in about 1968. We got the dog from you parents and he lived to 1983! I was only about 8 or 9 at the time but sometimes your Mom "kidsat" for me.....
