Hi Jim..Yes Allen was my cousin, he passed away about 1969, left a wife and a daughter Linda Good, who is since remarried..I have so many relatives still living in the Beach as well as myself.(My Grandparents had 23 children they lived in the "Old Section" LOL! Old Mr. Minkey I sure do remember him and that scooter! Wow! that brings back even more memories.. I believe Tom the iceCream Man lived on Gotham and Bevy??? I also remember Bobby Gibbons..wonder where he is now..When I married I moved off the beach for about 2 yrs and it didn't take me long to come back, after all my whole family stayed here and so did my wife's Denise (Reichold). You may remember her brother Kenny Reichold? Googsy Schultz and the other guys he hung around with? Her mother's maiden name was Snyder, do you remember the Snyders'?? Well i could go on and on..next time......
