The Bulletin Board (now renamed Message Board) is now going to be divided into sections in the future to make it easier to scroll through messages. You can still access old messages, but you will have add new ones in the latest board. One advantage to this change is that once you've seen all the messages in an old board, you won't have to continue revisiting it to look for more. The advantage to me is that it will be easier to maintain it.
